Ayurveda Spa

This second Ayurveda Spa which commenced operation in 2003, was developed by the owners of Barberyn Reef is located in the southern tip of Sri Lanka, beyond Barberyn Reef, in the coastal town of Weligama, approximately 140 km from Colombo.

The continued success of Barberyn Ayurveda Spa and the demand for more accommodation prompted the owners to consider the development of a new ayurvedic Spa, rather than disturb the unique ambience of Barberyn Reef. They have thus pooled together the wealth of knowledge, experience and resources acquired over the years in providing Ayurveda treatment and operation of resorts to execute this project.

Contemporary architecture blends beautifully with indigenous design to create a feeling of space and light - which brings nature in - for guests to enjoy the healing that comes from within.
